I am working for a big Public Organisation as a HR manager. I only recently discovered OST, but I am hooked. I used OST to assist a division in the organisation with their strategic planning and the results was surprising. Currently I am arranging two events, i.e. one on the management of performance agreements for senior managers and one for a financial section to do a needs analysis on communication within the section. I am busy with the sponsors and hope to present the events by the end of June 06.

I hope to broaden my experience in the OST field and I would like to use OST wherever possible as I believe that it takes us to matters/issues that are real.
